ROI%
Note: Value% takes into account that if a promo requires you to spend $2,000, hedging a -200 with a +190 is better than hedging a +190 with a -200. They'd both have the same low hold ROI% of -1.1%. However, -200/+190 would require you to wager/hedge much less, losing only $34.48, vs the +190/-200 would require you to wager/hedge much more, losing $66.67. Value% takes this into account and the better the value%, the less you will lose overall.
